Remote Learning

Edison Primary is committed to supporting your child’s learning at home when remote learning is needed. Our approach is designed for primary-aged pupils, with clear daily expectations, age-appropriate activities, and guidance to help you support routines without needing subject expertise.

Each week, your child will receive learning tasks aligned to the curriculum, including reading, practical maths activities, and focused literacy work. Where possible, resources are provided in accessible formats and instructions are written in straightforward language so that you can quickly understand what to do and how to check progress.

If you have questions or need help, please contact your child’s teacher using the school’s usual communication channels. We encourage regular engagement, celebrate effort as well as outcomes, and will review learning together so your child stays motivated, supported, and confident in their progress.
